Description LegalVision is a commercial law firm built for high-performing teams who want to work differently. Through our fixed-fee legal membership, we provide unlimited legal support to SMEs and in-house teams. Our team uses custom-built technology to deliver fast, high-quality legal support with predictable pricing for clients and rewarding careers for those who work here. With operations across Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand, LegalVision offers clear progression, exposure to complex work at scale, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative law firm recognised as a 5 Star Employer of Choice, a Top 25 Attraction Firm, and Law Firm of the Year. The Opportunity We are expanding our thriving Dispute Resolution practice and we need a talented and driven 1-4 PQE lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to kick-start their career with real, hands-on work, genuine responsibility and direct client interaction from day one. You will work directly with clients ranging from SMEs to large corporate entities on a range of complex and commercially significant matters. The work is genuinely interesting and varied, and you will build broad expertise across multiple practice areas rather than being confined to a single niche. One day you might be advising on a high-stakes contract dispute, the next drafting submissions for a regulatory investigation, and then moving on to consumer law claims, leasing disputes, intellectual property litigation, or franchising matters. This breadth of exposure means you'll develop a versatile skill set and deep commercial understanding that sets you apart. From day one, you will be speaking directly with clients, drafting correspondence and court documents, and playing an active role in developing case strategy and tactical approaches. This isn't about watching from the back; you will be genuinely involved in the decision-making process, from crafting persuasive written submissions to shaping the overall direction of matters. Through hands-on and structured coaching from experienced senior practitioners, you will gain meaningful exposure to sophisticated disputes, building not just technical drafting skills but the strategic mindset and professional confidence that will define your career trajectory for years to come. You will be part of a genuinely collaborative team that values work-life balance and supports one another rather than competing. We offer real flexibility in how and where you work, because we know that lawyers thrive when trusted with autonomy. This is a culture built on mutual respect and shared success, where you can advance your career without sacrificing your well-being.
